The company, which started operations as a modest property firm has fast grown into a formidable Real Estate development and management company. Mineral Exploration & Mining
Forthbridge Limited has a 100% stake in an Exploration License and Small Scale Mining License in Nassarawa Toto; an asset with good mineralisation including Tin, Tantalite, Columbite and Precious stones. The asset is located in the savannah region, 80km from Nassarawa town. There are significant potential upside from primary deposits to be explored and the project has been significantly de-risked by:
- A robust drilling program conducted by our technical partners
- 50% of the total required funds for Phase I already expended
- No State participation
- Royalties at 5%
- Project qualifies for zero tax for up to 5 years from pioneer status (anticipated)
The plan is to build a diversified portfolio base; minor and precious metal type assets over time. The result of which has led Forthbridge to acquire interests in Nassarawa, Kogi and Ogun States
